Who Chloe Works With

I work with adolescents, young adults in transition, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and identity exploration.

About Chloe

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with clients from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds, sexual and gender identities, and life experiences. While I have experience working with clients of all ages, I especially enjoy working with teens, college students, and young adults as they navigate seasons of growth, change, and self-discovery.

How Chloe Can Help

My approach to therapy is person-centered and collaborative. I integrate aspects of Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I enjoy incorporating mindfulness and creative, art-based interventions when appropriate. My ultimate goal is to provide a positive therapeutic experience by creating a safe space that allows for self-exploration and fosters personal growth.

What Therapy With Chloe Looks Like

The process of therapy is relational, and I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely connected, heard, and valued. In our sessions, you can expect honesty, empathy, curiosity, and a safe environment to share openly, without the fear of judgment. Together, we will collaborate on a strategy for treatment that will best assist you in meeting your specific needs and goals.

What Chloe Enjoys In Her Free Time

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our pittie, Frita. I love to host my friends, relax at the beach, and travel as often as I can.
