Good Faith Estimate & Client Rights
As part of our commitment to transparency and whole-person care, we want you to feel informed and empowered when making decisions about your mental health services.
Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or who choose not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of psychotherapy services. This estimate is available upon request or prior to scheduling services.
A Good Faith Estimate provides an overview of anticipated fees based on the services discussed and may include the frequency and duration of sessions. While therapy is a collaborative and evolving process, this estimate is designed to help you plan financially with clarity and confidence.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill.
