Who Samara Works With

I work with children, teens, young adults in transition, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship changes, career shifts, identity exploration, and the evolving dynamics of family life.

About Samara

Major life transitions can quietly reshape how we see ourselves. Whether you are navigating a career change, stepping into parenthood, adjusting to a new relationship dynamic, or questioning your direction, these moments can bring both growth and uncertainty.

I bring a grounded and steady presence to therapy. Having experienced significant career transitions myself, I understand what it means to redefine identity and direction. As a new mother, I also hold a deep respect for the emotional shifts that come with parenting and family life.

Therapy is not about having everything figured out. It is about creating space to understand what feels overwhelming and building practical tools to move forward with clarity.

How Samara Can Help

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed care, and expressive methods, including play and art-based techniques when developmentally appropriate.

With children and teens, I focus on emotional regulation, communication skills, and creating a safe environment where they feel understood. With adults, our work may center around patterns, decision-making, identity development, and navigating transitions with greater confidence.

My goal is to provide individualized, practical support beginning in the first session.

What Therapy With Samara Looks Like

Clients often describe our work as collaborative, steady, and thoughtful. I aim to balance structure with warmth, offering both tools and space for reflection. Sessions are paced intentionally and grounded in real-life application.

What Samara Enjoys In Her Free Time

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our daughter, our two French bulldogs, and our cat. I love reading, meeting friends for coffee, practicing Pilates, and going to the theater whenever I can.
